anyone ever have this issue,its happened a few times already seems only when its left outside overnight it happens. After a cold start the sled will not shut down with the key, the only way to kill the engine is with the kill switch. After a few try's off and on it seems to fix itself.

think i might have put a stud or a rock thru the front heatx. Its pissing out pretty bad,idiot light came on and i shut her down fast. Can anyone tell me the extent of work to replace this,is it a huge job? or can they be repaired? thx.

had a wierd thing happening the other day when i turn the key off sled kept running. had to use the kill switch. Then it seemed to fix itself. Then later in the day it threw code 81 which means grip warmer short circuit. You think these two are related?

To align the skiis do you loosen all 4 jam nuts on the tie rods? Not much room to get at the inside ones.

Question about lighter steering. I did the shim and rubber mod on my factory skiis,and it helped alot for hunting/darting. But I still have very heavy steering which i think has increased because of it. My arms are sore!!
