Anyone running these?? If so what carbides are you running? I bought these 2-3 yrs ago and never put them on. Now with all the deep powder off trail I want to put them on. They are the three hole skis with the front handle molded on. I can't remember what carbides superman had on his...
Anybody know the part number for the 3 hole carbide mountain skis. Woody's or OEM will work. 4 inch also. I ride approx. 50% trail and 50% off trail. Sled just sinks in the powder we have been getting here in Michigan. I bought these skis approx. 2-3 years ago. Just never put them on. Snow...
Myself and 6 other couples are planning on riding the snowtrain from Saut St Marie to Dubreuville. Then from there to Chapleau and then down the trail back to St Marie. What is that trail like in the middle of March?? Any restrictions on snowmobiles?? Example I have a full Hindle that can be...
I have finally got all my shocks bolted in and now have the skid back in the track. But I am having difficulty getting the skid back in to bolt it up. The front seems to keep getting hung up on the front rivets. I can't seem to get the skid to slide backward to then get the front up behind the...
For those that have or are clipping their own track what tool are you using? I have just purchased some clips and I am missing several clips on my track. I now need to buy a tool and want to get a good one that actually works.
I'm trying to remove my skid so I can service the rear shocks and the skid. RT front bolt just spins and spins. How does it come out? I already have the left front out and the rear ones.
Now for the control arms. How do you get to the rear lower bolts? Do I have to remove the whole front...
Just curious if the guy who was riding up in Paradise Michigan is on this forum. I saw your sled the next day. Man it was toast. :o| All I can say it that sucks. Someone said you had insurance. That is good. Just wondering also what Turbo you had on your sled?
I pplan on fully clipping my track soon. I noticed that i am missing several clips when I did my Hindle.
1) What track clipping tool does everybody have?
2) Where did you buy it from?
3) What clips and where did you buy them from?
4) How many do I need? All the other clips look like...
I just installed my full Hindle. It pops and back fires while riding at certain speeds. I do not have an intake system or a Power commander. I do love the system but it is loud as hell. My problem is the popping. Do I need this power commander? I see Ulmer sells them. Any place else sell them?
I just looked at my sled and it is sitting in the two rods on in the rear. I lifted it up and it dropped some. When I push it down which is very easy it stays down. Everything is lubed up. Is the back shock bad??
If so where is everybody sending their shocks for repairs>
Just need some help. Anybody have a easy way to drill an easyout. Broke an exhaust bolt off in the head. Not much room in there to get a regular drill bit. Was thinking of pulling the head off or pulling the engine next.
Any help would be great.
Buying a Hindle with a 20 inch Muffler. Tore my sled down and found one flex pipe compltely broken and another loose. I was hopeing it was just a donut or donut's. But since I have to take the flex pipes off the motor I might as well get the Hindle. This has become a big pain in the a$$. Those...
