blown motor 08 nytro

is it just the 08 nytro motor that throws the center rod threw the block or are all of them doing it???

I was looking foward to hit the 10,000 miles. Looks like one of the connecting rods nuts came off and then she blew. Don't have the motor out yet but by looking at the parts I found in the belly pan that's what it looks like.I found a broken rod bolt and one good one with no nut on it. I will post what else I find as I take it apart.

I'm at 13,500 miles on my 08 and still strong. I need to keep track of rivets loosening up in the chassis. I keep drilling them out and replacing them.

Just smack the rivets with a hammer while holding another one behind it. Thats what I do.

15,800km and only oil changes and did the plugs this year. knock on wood. shes a 09
