Hacksaw track?

I have a hacksaw track on one of my sleds and it seems to be very noisy, is it because of the every third window clipped, will that cause a noisy howl and vibration? I see they have put ramps on the new ones to make them quiet.

Do you have stud in your track? stud may cause vibration.
What do you mean "they have put ramps"?

The new design has little ramps in the rubber where the boggies run to quiet the track down. I was wondering if I would fully clip the track, would that make it quiet?
