When I ride my sled I dont think theres any room for distraction concentration is A must. When I ride my mountain bike thats a different story. Joe Satriani is my fave and anything else that makes me move faster... Ozzy, Priest, Iron Maiden, Godsmack, Metallica .......

I sont listen to my mp3 either. I love the sound of my phazer! And sometimes i do sing!
