Sd-08 , reverse work

Has anyone here come across the scenario where the sd-08 code comes up going into reverse but the sled goes in and out of gear fine.

It has a new actuator - new chain and gears and seems to operate perfect in reverse and forward.

Update **.
Fixed the issue. Sensor on the chain case had come loose , re siliconed the sensor and good to go.

Moderator can delete if not helpful.
