I agree, it's happens to me when i drop my skid for service. You have to put a wrench on opposite side bolt and tighten them together. If it still spins then the threads are stripped in the shaft.

What length of track are you running 120 or 121?

I found changing the clutch weights made a big difference, weight profile reduces the effect.

You should be able to turn adjuster without taking off wheel and retainer. Does take some effort. Be thankful it is not the 09 spring, it was even stronger!
