Just that sometimes when I go to load in the trailer I smell belt and there's some belt wear inside the clutch face towards the center. It was last year with a new belt. Aso will the o rings they sell help with some of the noise the clutch makes? I know it's not the right fix
I have the Ulmer clutch tool. I believe I'm using it right I have the open part around the primary sheave and here's how it looks on the back of the secondary. Seems a little off? I've been fighting this for about 2 days
The bearing I posted picture of in the case how do I press that in? also with the driveshaft bearing "speedo drive side" do I have to put another lock collar on there? Or can I use the existing collar with my new bearing

Just wondering how noisy everyone else's is? I've seen all the threads and i know that this is such a common issue, i don't really care about it to much the sound goes away once your hammering down. just loud when idling.
yes they get a basic cleaning ,just wondering what could cause the gap like this.. the gap is more like a 1/16 just enough to be able to spin the roller and move the weight while the sled is shut off and no belt on it

There does seem to be a lot of rubber and other junk on the bottom of the primary like where it would ride when it jay starts to engage. I can almost pick it off with my fingernail. Could this be the issue.? I will sand the sheaves
1600 miles new belt washed it and put it on after it dried the fins in the belt sat a little above the secondary sheave. I took it out around the yard and was pretty heavy on the throttle. I went to go load it in the trailer and was being very easy on the gas and it smoked right up. I order and...
I called my dealer today and gave him my vin and he said that there's an open bulletin on it and they will do the lowers for free as well as some hose clamp for a wire rub or Harness. Awesome news for me
