Did you check on the back of the turbo mount? There are 3 bolts like that.

Did you take a close look at the bolt threads to see if they were even used?
Could have been dropped during assembly line operations, darn I found a spare gas cap wedge in between the tank and tunnel right side up against the exhaust heat shield..... Now have a spare cap.....

Did you check on the back of the turbo mount? There are 3 bolts like that.
Actually I dont think that bolt is big enough for that base on your image.

I second the comment about the pyramidal frame. Check all those joints. They flex alot and am surprised each year how many need to be snugged up.
