I wanted a new sled but wasn't ready for the first year Viper so I did a remake on my 20,000 mile '09 Nytro. Graphics were done by Camo Creek Hydrographics in Brighton Michigan, with tunnel and assembly by Marine Specialists in Fenton Michigan. I love my Nytro and this was a lot cheaper than a new one.

I had to remove and reinstall foam. Cost around $550.00 for 7 panels. Great people to work with.

Looks awesome. I went with sticker kit cause I ride through a lot of tight trails and replacing a sticker once in a while is cheaper

Looks pretty nice. I'm curious how the hydrographics hold up over time. Is the tunnel powder coated or sprayed? What are you using for mirrors? I've been on the hunt for awhile looking for something like that.

Awesome looking. Nice work. Don't want to hijack the thread. Craigwsrx could you start another thread and let us know what kind of maintenance you have done to get 20,000 miles from your Nitro?

That looks great!!!dont walk to far away from your sled in the woods, might be hard to find!!!lol

....especially in the morning.

The tunnel I washed with a self etching acid I use on pontoon tubes with a clear coat over it. It wears a bit where my boots rub on the tunnel so all I have to do it re acid and clear it, takes about an hour start to finish. So far the hydrograhpics are holding up pretty well. I have about 3,000 miles on the sled so far this year. The mirrors are PowerMadd. As for maintenance I have changed the track at 12,000 miles, it is actually getting ready for a new track again as I just went by 21,000 miles I serviced bearings regularly, changed oil and filter, and serviced chaincase regularly. Mods include Oilite bushings in front end, extrovert drivers, AAen header, Schmidt Bros exhaust and clutch kit, overdrive clutch, PC 5 programmer, air box mod, tuner skis, Koso air fuel gauge, and a trail tank. I do a lot of riding in the outback of Quebec, Gaspe, and UP of Michigan so dependability comes first.

very nice clean looking sled, I like very much.

could shoot me info on pontoon cleaning product you use.... our 2yr old pontoon looks crappy and want to pretty it up in the spring.

thanks

The pontoon cleaner is called Toon-Brite, and it costs 35.95 a gallon here in the states. The clear I put over it is their product also. I bought a gallon of the clear at $93.99 or they have a 12 oz aerosol at $22.99 a can.
