Anyone able to add a 2up seat to a sidewinder?? Considering the SRX version but would like to take my wife out one in a while...

Is there enough room on the sidewinder seat to take a passenger? I double my wife all the time on my apex with no issues..

You got a smoking deal..I paid $300.00 for a mint looking one..came off a sled with only 4000 kms..mines at 15 or 16000kms so if I get 12,000 kms out of it I will be very happy..

Don't do it.. My wire kept breaking..finally gave up getting it fixed and left it at a setting i like..ice always will break it

list price is for a 2006 apex silencer is $800.00 bucks from Yamaha!!! anyone know a good quality used one for sale somewhere in Ontario Canada? Tried bent toys in north bay..no luck..sled salvage in Peterborough..eBay..kijiji...no luck..really don't want to pay that much for a part on a 2006...

So I have a really ripped up seat..not sure what's my best (cheapest) option.. Reupholstered, after market seat, used one? Anyone have some input?

Thanks..will change both...I think there's one or two days left of riding here before the meltdown..really bad timing as I don't think I can get it fixed before then..that's why I was wondering about riding with a missing rear guide wheel..lol my exhaust is loose and rattling, and getting...

my rear right side idler wheel flew off and is missing..can I just release track tension and slide a new one on?? Is it really bad to still sled without it?

Smart going with an ice ripper track...had one on my apex gt for last 2 years..lil tire studs are sharper now than when installed..lugs look new still..love this track and will never go to traditional studs again..plus it's made my sled faster..:-)

I'm actually happy..will be keeping my 2006 apex gt another year..and it will still look like a new model..lol sweet never got so much bang for the buck..still riding a current sled..

17000 km on my apex..did have the chain case grenade at 500 kms though..needless to say it was fixed quickly..no problems after that..
