Wonder if these will fit on a DOO?

I have a riding buddy who installed them last year on his '12 MX-ZX 800 with great results.

Do they bolt right on or do you have to cut them for a ski-doo to make them work. What size would I need for a 137" ski-doo? 136 or 144 and cut them?
