Still waiting for my parts to get painted!

I got fed up with my running boards at my last trip, so I went home and ordered some betterboards.

Just waiting for them to arrive.

Today I got my Betterboards!
After work I went to the garage and started to cut down the sled =)

After some cutting and rivets it looks like this...

And lucky me! I got four stickers with the package. And I love stickers =)

I will add some more rivets to the boards later. Make it maybe more durable.

Added some rivets yesterday and everything feels stable.
Tomorrow I'll try them out in the mountains. Got about 15 cm (6 inches) of fresh snow here today =)

Looks sweet. Lucky you. Our snow is almost all gone so now we're doing the maintenance and storage.

The boards are very stable. They feel rock solid comparing to the original setup. Can recommend them.

Got my stuff back from the powder coating today.

Here is the plate that sits underneath the engine.

those aprts you made look good and should help stiffen up the whole frame. Even that plate will help with that as well as protect. You could make a mint selling those "hint, hint"

I made three extra sets of reinforcements that I can sell. My local Yamaha store made an interest of them too =)

The season is over!
On friday (the 19th) it's forbidden to ride the sled in the mountains because of the wildlife. So now it's time to start saving up money for the next season =)

Nice riding season! We just had one of the longest and it was over late March.

Time to save up our pennies (ooops, nickels) for repairs and upgrades.
